The Thembela necklace is Nomi Handmade’s flagship design. Simple, elegant and playful, this shweshwe jewellery piece was a journey of creative discovery that gave rise to the range of statement wearables in our current range.

Wrapped in a contrasting “metallic” thread to that of the fabric print, the Thembela necklace is clasp-free and can simply be slipped over the head. Wear it to add colour to and complete any outfit – casual or formal.

Made with 100% cotton and metallic-like threads, this boldly understated necklace is hypoallergenic and lightweight. Choose your print and corresponding thread – silver or gold.

Cleaning - Hand wash gently with a detergent solution and a small brush (eg. toothbrush). Rinse thoroughly and hang to dry.
